For our daughter’s birthday, Audra, the owner, and the entire Timeless Play team truly exceeded my expectations from beginning to end. I’m honestly a very particular person when it comes to planning events. I like things organized, clean, smooth, and well thought out, and I definitely tend to have high expectations haha. But they completely delivered and honestly went above and beyond in ways that made the entire experience feel so easy and enjoyable for our family. From the moment we started planning, the communication was great. Audra was kind, patient, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure everything came together the way we envisioned. On the day of the party, the entire team was so welcoming, attentive, organized, and helpful. Everything flowed smoothly, which allowed me to actually enjoy the celebration instead of stressing the whole time. The space itself was beautiful, clean, and perfect for kids. You can really tell they put effort into creating an environment that feels fun, safe, and inviting for families. The kids had an absolute blast and stayed entertained the entire time, which honestly says everything. Seeing everyone laughing, playing, and enjoying themselves made the day feel so special. As a mom, planning birthdays can feel overwhelming because you just want everything to go right for your child. Timeless Play made the experience feel easy, memorable, and genuinely enjoyable. I took my 19 month old daughter from 830-1030 so I could get a haircut. She did so well! There were so many things for her to do and peers for her to be around. The staff was very sweet and understanding. I am definitely going to back so she can have some fun outside of home and away from Mommy 😎

Book your next birthday party here, you won’t regret it! The entire staff was so helpful when I called the week of my daughter’s birthday party in need of a last minute indoor space due to the rainy weather forecast. They have a party coordinator who helps plan activities and games and staff that are on site during the party to help keep the kids entertained. They were amazing with my daughter and her 4-6 year old friends and the little siblings loved the toys (the play kitchen was a hit) throughout the space. I’m so grateful they were able to help and made my daughter’s party even better than we planned! And after seeing how clean and child friendly the space is and how friendly and warm the staff are, I will definitely be using their childcare services in the future!

We absolutely LOVED having our girls’ birthday party at Timeless Play Oro Valley Location. From booking to cleanup, everything was organized and well planned. We had 20 kids (aging from 0-10!) and about 15 parents and the space didn’t seem overly crowded. There was an activity for every age and all the kids loved the chosen crafts and games. We used a lot of local vendors at our party to add that extra special touch. 10/10 recommend to everyone looking to looking for an indoor kids venue! The party planning team stepped right up the moment we arrived and handled decor, logistics, flow, etc. This was the first birthday party that I was able to truly enjoy as the parent.
