Did the, “ Bounce and Tone “ exercise class w/ Dyanna this morning. It was gRRRRRREAT!!! She really worked my body out girrrrrlll !!! I can’t wait to go back and try the other classes. It was really a good experience. They have classes M-F; a really great deal. It gives bored housewives something to do during the day and meet new ppl, while losing weight at the same time 🥰🥰🤪!!!

I’ve tried multiple times to get in touch with the sports coordinator, Seth, but he’s never available to take calls. Each time I call, the front desk says he’s in the office and will transfer me — but he never answers. I’ve left several messages and still haven’t received a single call back. Due to the lack of communication and follow-through, I’ve decided to sign my child up elsewhere for fall sports. Disappointing experience.

The pool water was extremely Hot…. I expected to cool dwn not boil in a pool of hot water.. Kids side was cool they told my adult kids that they couldn’t be on that side only for kids but the adult side is Hot … on top of being hot is very uncomfortable! So I will not recommend the big pool bc the temperature is beyond HOT 👎

My daughter has been going here for a few months, her dad was the one that signed her up and he noted on the piece of paper that I wasn’t able to pick her up because I work late, the first time I tried to pick her up they gave me hell acting like I was a harm to my child until they called him to clear it up. Today I went to go pick up my child and they told me they had to verify with my child’s father because he said someone else was picking her up because I wasn’t answering my calls (my phone was on dnd and I didn’t hear it) so I said no problem his sister can pick her up than and drove off. I already pulled off and they blowing up my phone thinking that they’re calling him. The first time I explained to her that it’s okay if the sister picked her up than I hung up, she stupidly calls again thinking it’s my child father number again and I told her I’m tired of them acting like it’s a problem to pick up my child everytime I come there and I told them not to call my phone anymore. Why when I get home my child’s father told me that they called the police on me 😂 mind you I didn’t curse at this lady I didn’t step out of my vehicle I just drove off once they told me no. And I guess I hurt her stinking little feels for her to call the cops. And my child’s father said that she said she would be attending our child custody court hearing with him. PLEASE stay your behind out of my business. And if u do bring all of your proof and the recording of the call for u to feel so threaten that I told u to stop calling my phone. I will make sure my daughter is pulled out of this run down child services you think you are providing. Do not send your children here . Management is horrible got kids crossing the pavilion when their loads of cars waiting out there in a line.

I have been going to the Y for yoga for several months and I pay for each class I attend. I was unable to do my class today due to a medical skin condition I have but was going to sit with my niece in daycare until my mom got outta class. I have asked about doing so before and it was fine when I done it that other time with my niece. There is a lady that is management and thinks she owns the ymca and after being in the daycare room for 20 minutes they decide to go outside with the kids and then she proceeded to tell me I needed to leave. I will no longer spend my money at the Y because of her bad attitude and rudeness she presents! My point is don’t allow it once if you wouldn’t allow it a second time, period! The play room also needs a good deep cleaning because the floor tiles they have down are disgusting and need to be changed before they let kids crawl and lay on the nasty floor.
