It was an ok experience. We were in the U9 that turned into 6-10 yr olds and we had a coach that was very new to coaching and soccer. The communication and games ran smooth, but we just landed on a team with a new coach, so the experience was ok.

We have had both our children involved in TFC recreation leagues for several seasons before our one child made the move into the more competitive club side of the organization. While involved with both the recreation and club teams the coaching staff was fabulous, the communication was clear and consistent, and our children learned and grew as players and teammates. The coaches were always kind and respectful to players, as well as families and kept the focus on player development. I would highly recommend TFC to anyone looking for a place for their child to grow and learn as a player but also as a member of a team and a wider community.

We played with Thunderbird FC for the first time recommend by someone we know. We genuinely enjoyed the season and will return. We love watching our son play soccer and unfortunately in the past we’ve had a not fun experience with not only the coach but the parents being so loud and putting a lot of pressure on the kids when he was so young. TFC has incredible coaches who make playing and practicing fun while teaching essential skills. I love the location for games and practices as well, we’ve been part of a league that we had to walk forever from the parking lot then farther to the correct field. We would highly recommend TFC!

Our experience with thunderbird fc has been amazing! The coaches are incredibly supportive and dedicated, always encouraging the kids to do their best while fostering teamwork and sportsmanship. My daughter zorie has learned so much about the game, and the fun environment has helped them develop both their skills and confidence. The practices and games are well-organized, and it’s clear that the team leaders care about the kids’ growth, both on and off the field.
