Thorn Wrestling Camps run intensive three- and five-day wrestling camps at a rural site in Odin, Minnesota. Each camp is capped at 40-50 wrestlers with an 8:1 wrestler-to-coach ratio, and athletes are matched with partners of similar size and experience; campers get 8-12 live matches a day. Instruction is built around chain wrestling - learning connected systems of positions rather than isolated moves - and is taught by the Thorn brothers, who between them won 11 Minnesota state titles and were Division I NCAA All-Americans.
