★★★★★She's craftyI love this theater. It's the oldest theatre in the twin cities. It's a community theatre and I've been to lots of shows and have been volunteering in the costume shop. Friendly staff; lots of ways to get involved. Good place to learn new skills and make new friends of all ages! I highly recommend!

It's unlike any other theater I've been to with the seating being all the way around the theater and the actors accommodating to various angles. Seating is not assigned but I had no problem finding great seats when I arrived, and there's hardly a bad seat in the house. Tickets are affordable, concessions are reasonably priced, there's free filtered water available, and it's not hard to find parking nearby for around $1/hour. The quality of the productions I've seen here are outstanding! Some shows I've seen have felt like Guthrie-level quality, but in a tiny intimate theater where you're mere feet away from the cast. I will gladly come see just about any show here.

I recall my parents attending performances here with friends back in the 1970s. A near-full house attending Agatha Christie "Who done it" Mysteries in December and "The Book Club [Play]" by Karen Zacarius. Happy to have rediscoverer Theatre in the Round. Fun Evenings!
