I wanted to like this place and this review is long over due. This isn’t a place for special needs kids unless you already have an assigned therapist. The teachers here do not know how to work with kids with special needs. They’ll call you if things become too challenging for them. They complain about behavior. They lack the resource of understanding. It’s honestly sad. I had one teacher tell me it wasn’t my time to drop my son off and to wait outside the door. Completely rude.

Los maestros no sirven para nada son personas que solo trabajan por tener dinero no les gusta lo que haces mi hijo tiene autismo y no saben cómo tratar con niños así a cada rato nos llaman que ocupan asistencia no se los recomiendo las maestra no sirven para nada y más la jóvenes espero algún día contraten personas con experiencia por cuidado y mejor trato hacia los niños

Staffing and teachers are very unprofessional and lacks on proper communication. I would rate -1 star. My son was newly diagnosed with Autism, he is 4 years old. He has some challenges that are getting address and ABA therapy was attending to assist with those challenges. The staff at this facility continually would call me to pick up my son because they couldn't control the behavior, from after waking up from a nap. I had just started my job and it was causing for me to miss work. The staff and directors would communicate to me constantly of incidents with my son, but not once provided an incident report. They sent me a letter stating my son's last day was within couple of days. This caused stress for me as I just started my job and didn't have a sitter. I still haven't gotten the incident reports for my son. I would not recommend any parent to enroll their child in this facility. Their website indicates all special needs children are welcome regardless of the needs they will accommodate, or work with the parents to meet the needs of the child. It's not the case with my son.

3 stars based on site itself, security, seems safe, clean inside, outside. Communication isn’t good, you need to stay persistent. I was a new parent coming in but was treated almost like a criminal, wasn’t comforting, you’d think it would be considering your bringing your children there, I thought they would want to reassure you with kindness, director seems stiff, teacher’s seemed timid of director, no one looked comfortable. I’m sure they’re great teachers there but we didn’t get that far because of the lack of. Good luck to all the kiddos and parents attending, I know how hard it is to pick the right place. I hope your experience is better than mine.
