The Vineyard is a co-ed Christian overnight sports camp in Westfield, North Carolina, near Hanging Rock State Park, running one-week sessions across the summer. Each camper picks one major for the week – options include water-ski, swimming, tennis, golf, equitation, shooting, fishing, body conditioning, crafts and wilderness adventure – plus two different electives each day from a list that includes rock climbing and a high ropes course, archery, fencing, paintball, mountain biking, riflery and team sports. The operator states a 3:2 camper-to-staff ratio and that sessions are an even 50/50 split of boys and girls. Faith programming is stated and scheduled: a fifteen-minute 'Morning Watch' devotion after breakfast, evening vespers, cabin devotions, evening worship services and optional Bible studies.
