I was pleased with every thing that’s offered and maybe I will join again and go! I only wanted a membership for my grandson when he visits! However he does not get to come to town much so I decided to cancel it! I never can get anyone to pickup or return my calls! I came in early May to cancel and filled out paperwork and then I see on early June money is taken out again?! I went over there again and the lady could not find the papers I filled out?! I filled out more and then she walked off without saying anything? Seems to be a problem here with no one returning calls and that is not acceptable!

The best place for a family to work out. Whether your children are young or teenagers, they offer so many programs to choose from. I've been a member of the ymca and other gyms and none compare to the environment and outstanding employees who make you feel at home. The Kroc center isn't just a gym with exceptional equipment and cleanliness, it feels like family.

Can't believe I've lived in the Augusta area as long as I have and this is the first time I've been to the Kroc Center! This place is way nicer than I thought it was. They have a very large pool area and the rest of the center has many rooms for rent. There's also a ton of activities that they plan for throughout the year...i just needed to look at the activity calendar. I will definitely be back.

Was donating furniture to Salvation Army. Asked in advance what they can take. “AS LONG AS ITS ON GOOD CONDITION AND NOT BROKE “ well. When the men came to pick up I had moved everything outside neatly. Took the legs off the couch and all. I realized the truck left while I went inside and I walk out to this! I called the driver back and asked what’s wrong and he said “ there’s a patch on the couch” SO yall cant take it BUT you took the legs for the couch and tossed the pillows and cushions in the grass? AND THEN I have 4 dining chairs. All had scuff marks but yall took 3 ?! Make it make sense. I will NEVER donate to them again. A slap in my face and waste of time!!
