Powered by GoogleStaff is incredibly rude to parents and the children. I would strongly advise anyone from sending their kids here.
Lack of professionalism and absolutely zero respect for others time.
My husband and I expressed concerns that we had for our children at the Ruff. To our dismay our petitions were met with malicious characterizations of our elementary school aged chidlren's behavior by director Tracie Brown. The board over the organization did not require nor inquire, any documentation from the director Tracie Brown to support claims. The board's president also, allowed the director Tracie Brown to call my husband and I names. We expected a higher level of professionalism and fairness.
Ruff Wilson Youth Organization has been everything my kids need in an after school program. They get picked up from school, help with home work, there is reading center ( the kids actually love to sit and read ), they play games and interact with the kids in the gym. Music, Basketball, Air Hockey, Pool Table, Dodgeball, and the best part is Ms. Brown and Ms. Sonya both make it their business to make it to each member's sports games, make it to the schools for lunch, pop up's and if there was an issue with a member they are there checking on things. I love this about them. They teach each member the right way to talk to each other and how to be respectful to everyone as well. They all say "yes Ma'am, no Ma'am, Please, and May I" They know how to act around adults and know their place when adults are around. Our kids aren't just there for them to babysit, they are being taught, loved, and cared for. I love how much they are involved with all the kids. Each one of them will tell you how much they love both Ms. Brown and Ms. Sonya. Thanks Ruff Family for always loving our babies and making sure they are good. We Love Ya'll.
Friendly and caring staff.
