Music program in Basalt for students entering 4th through 12th grade, teaching modern music by putting kids in real bands that rehearse and perform. One-week summer camp sessions run July 6-August 14, Monday-Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., at $695 per week, held at the Love Rocks Studio on Widget Street; spring and fall programs are after-school sessions on the public-school calendar. Bands from the school-year programs perform showcases on Aspen-area stages including the Wheeler Opera House, Belly Up and TACAW.
