★Yo ManJust went to a tournament on Friday and it was nice watching the kids play,but my only complaint was the girls screaming and screaming on every play. Everyone around me were the same thing. I left with a headache.

They do serve food, coffee and chips in the lobby and also have a nice/clean water fountain. The facility felt very clean and new.
★★★★★Zack SchneiderAs a family, we’ve had the pleasure of attending several of Enzo’s volleyball tournaments at The R.O.C.K., located at 425 Meyer Road in West Seneca, NY. This elite sports performance facility, formerly known as the Buffalo Niagara Court Center (BNCC), has been serving the community since November 2007. In October 2023, it was rebranded as The R.O.C.K., symbolizing Respect, Opportunity, Champions, and Knowledge. The facility boasts six indoor courts and four outdoor lighted courts, making it Western New York’s premier volleyball venue. With over 25,000 square feet of athletic space, it’s versatile enough to accommodate various sports, including basketball, cheerleading, gymnastics, wrestling, and more. During our visits, we’ve been impressed by the modern amenities, including ample parking, clean restrooms, and a well-stocked concession area. The staff is always welcoming, and the environment fosters both competitive spirit and community camaraderie. It’s been a joy to watch Enzo compete and grow as an athlete in such a supportive setting. The R.O.C.K. is also home to organizations like The Champion Project and Niagara Frontier Volleyball, both dedicated to youth sports development in the region. Their commitment to excellence is evident in the quality of the facilities and the programs they offer. Overall, our experiences at The R.O.C.K. have been positive, and we look forward to many more tournaments there.
