Winchester Rising Stars, a nonprofit grassroots basketball organization also known as the WinCity Basketball Association, runs Stars Camp at Daniel Morgan Middle School in Winchester. The camp is a four-day, full-day program with drop-off from 8:30am and pickup at 3:00pm. The organization's year-round offerings include skills and drills sessions, open gym, footwork and dribbling work with a Dr. Dish shooting machine, seasonal leagues and tournaments, and it awards college scholarships to players.
