The Ozark Community Center (The OC) is the city's recreation center in Ozark and hosts Ozark Parks & Recreation's summer day camp. Campers are grouped by age and follow different weekly schedules of field trips, swimming and outings within about a 30-mile radius; older kids finishing grades 3–6 can join a Riverside Adventure track. Drop-off and pick-up are at Finley River Park (7–8:30am and 4:30–6pm).
The practical details
We list only what the camp itself publishes, and programs change — dates, prices, ages and availability can all move after we check. Confirm the details on the camp’s own website and contact The Ozark Community Center (The OC) directly before you register or pay. Last checked August 2026.

Powered by GoogleThis place is great to bring a small child into the waiting pool or they can go down the water slide. They have an extensive gym, a basketball court. There's also a great hiking trail behind the center that winds through the woods and provides access to the river. The only thing that is kind of a negative is that the pool schedule is very complicated. There are lots of classes in the mornings so the opportunity for free swim is limited.
Great family environment to work out and be active. Thank you for hosting such a safe place to have family fun!
My husband and I signed up for a membership and we love the OC. We love walking the track. It's a great track with 3 lanes. They have huge fans to move the AC cooled air around. There are all kinds of classes, a weight room and a swimming pool. There's something for everyone!
The kids absolutely love playing in the pool here. We come a couple times a month especially during winter months so they can get swim time. Great way to let the kids burn off some energy.
The facility is a good place for family or if you just want go for self improvement. There is two Basketball courts, a pool with a pretty cool slide, a lazy river, and a kids pool area, a workout gym that has pretty new equipment, classes for workout out and self improvement, and treadmills, a bicycle room, a rockwall, beautiful walkway behind the facility and church on Sundays. There may even be more than this but this is what I am aware of. Though I do suggest coming to visit this facility whether it is with family or not the staff is friendly in my experience and it has been a place for fun and family experiences.
