Loud, noisy, entitled; no respect for neighbors/neighborhood location. After a community-input session years ago, The Mountain Center got a waiver by the County to operate in a residential neighborhood. They made lots of promises and have lots of regulations that they are supposed to abide by, regarding noise levels, hours of operation, and scope of activities. But once ensconced, they have had no respect for the rights of their neighbors, and the fact that those neighbors actually live in the surrounding houses full-time, and pay high property taxes with the expectation that they will be in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The Mountain Center is entitled and arrogant about their disruptive noise levels and their regular trespassing and disregard for property boundaries. They really don't give a flyin' flip about anything but their own operation, and regularly breach the agreement they initially signed on to. They should never have been given the opportunity to operate here, as they tread all over the equal rights of others.
