The Link 4 Youth (formerly Medard's House) is a New Cumberland nonprofit youth center serving students in roughly grades 5-12. Best known for a free after-school program with sports, crafts, a garden-to-table project, skateboarding, ice skating, and a home-cooked meal, it has recently added a summer camp. Regular hours are limited weekday afternoons.

★Francesa MinaleWas driving at night and my daughter threw up so I pulled into the parking lot to clean her up. They decided to ambush me with three cars and threaten to call the police. At which time I told them please to call the police because I wasn't doing anything wrong. Not nice people.
