The Learning Experience- Chesterfield was our son's first daycare, and we have been incredibly pleased with both the staff and the overall environment. The owner seems exceptionally involved, visiting the classrooms and taking the time to truly get to know the children. The entire team is consistently kind and welcoming, creating a wonderful atmosphere for the families. We have been so happy with the care provided that we would certainly recommend this facility to our friends and family.

The Learning Experience Chesterfield is hands down the BEST daycare you could choose for your child. I first want to highlight Kristina, the Director. She is truly amazing. With her years of experience, it’s clear she genuinely shows up for both her staff and the children every single day. Her leadership sets the tone for the entire center. We came from a very difficult experience at a previous daycare that felt more focused on profit than on children’s safety and development. Because of that, I don’t impress easily when it comes to childcare centers. We’ve now experienced three different daycares, and this one is by far the best. What sets this center apart is how much Kristina and her team truly care. They are invested in every child’s growth, not just academically, but emotionally as well. In just a couple of months, I’ve seen incredible progress in my children, from their learning to their overall development. As a parent, it’s not easy for me to leave my kids and feel at peace, but here, I genuinely do. I can go to work and fully focus, knowing they are safe, cared for, and thriving. My daughter comes home excited every day, eager to share what she’s learned and experienced, and that means everything to me. If you’re looking for a daycare where your child will be nurtured, supported, and encouraged to grow, this is it. My wife and I recently moved our child to TLE Chesterfield, and the experience has been outstanding. As a former public school administrator, I’m particularly attuned to school culture, and what has been cultivated here is exceptional. It is clear that leadership has fostered an environment where staff members are not just caregivers, but educators who are engaged, professional, and genuinely team-focused. While the owner and director are highly responsive, the true impact is evident in the warm, inclusive atmosphere that exists from the bottom up. There is a profound difference between performative claims and authentic actions. At TLE Chesterfield, that authenticity shows up in the small, organic details: team members anticipating each other's needs or showing genuine appreciation for a child’s wonderment. Most importantly, I’ve seen the staff support and accept children as they process new emotions, even when they didn't realize a parent was observing the interaction. Management and caregivers alike are building a special community at this location; keep up the great work!

We started my two year old daughter at The Learning Experience in Chesterfield a few months ago, and have been so impressed ever since. The curriculum, activities, and care of all the staff have led to my daughter picking up so many new words and positive behaviors, and she now is literally sad to leave at the end of the day which never happened at her previous daycares. We are already seeing the results of all the hard work of the teachers, and couldn’t be more grateful. As a working mom I am so appreciative of the peace of mind I have sending my daughter to TLE Chesterfield.

The Learning Experience in Chesterfield is such a great place! The teachers are warm and caring, and the curriculum is impressive. Learning letters, numbers, and social skills through fun, hands-on activities! The classrooms are clean and well organized, and communication is strong. We’re really happy with this location! I can not wait to see this location grow and enrich more students like mine! 10 out of 10 would recommend! 5 stars is not enough for me to give on such a wonderful place!
