The Lax Box is an indoor/outdoor lacrosse training, sports-performance and physical-therapy facility on Atlantic Blvd in Jacksonville. It runs clinics, skills programs and workshops for players of all age groups, plus training for coaches and officials, and shares the site with a sports-injury and physical-therapy clinic operated with Body Mechanics PT. Its offerings are drop-in clinics and training sessions rather than a week-long summer camp.

Can't wait for the indoor box facility to open up this winter....looking forward to raising the level of NFL LAX to start being able to hang with the northern players. A huge cheer for Coach Chris and Coach Braun. My HS daughter just started playing this year and after a couple sessions with coaches, dramatically improved and got her confidence back. Both coaches connected with my daughter right away (and she is very shy) and they were laughing and learning halfway through the first session. We will definitely be back for more - just need to practice what they taught her before we move on to learning more things. A heck of return on the investment, and their hourly charges are very reasonable. I'm glad they had the courage, guts and resources to start this facility and movement. Thank you Chris and Braun!
