Decent facilities, but the management and operations are poorly run and fall well below what the club markets itself to be. My son was enrolled in the junior tennis program for nearly two years and was then abruptly excluded before session 2 unless we immediately upgraded to a family membership, with no grace period, transition option, or reasonable flexibility. The lack of notice or consideration for existing participants was extremely poor form. Billing is also consistently disorganized and unreliable. We received repeated incorrect invoices, followed by late fee demands for payments that were delayed due to their own internal errors. This pattern points to weak internal systems and poor administrative oversight. Most concerning, we paid for a junior membership for April and were removed a day later, yet a refund has still not been processed a week later. There has been no clear communication or urgency in resolving this. Overall, the club presents itself as premium and exclusive, but the reality is inefficient operations, poor communication, and inconsistent member management. It does not match the standard it advertises.
We enrolled our son in the Junior Tennis Membership hoping for consistency, structured development, and a stable coach–player relationship. Our son enjoyed his time for almost 2 years and the coaches were great—this is not directed at them. However, the business side was inconsistent, including repeated billing errors and an abrupt cancellation of his membership unless we upgraded to a higher-tier option. While we had previously considered upgrading, we will not be moving forward. This became a matter of trust, as the way it was handled did not reflect what the program is advertised to be. Between the billing issues and the inconsistency in how the offering was managed, it fell short of expectations.
This is an amazing spot, super classy
The Best!
