Wow, what an absolutely terrible experience all around. We removed our child from the toddlers suite after attending just 5 days, without hesitation. We did not feel comfortable with her continuing to attend after just the first week. Each day, between pickup and drop off we witnessed what was clearly an absolute train wreck of a program. Children were constantly crying and in distress and staff sounded inconvenienced by the concept of trying to hold or console the child and instead opted to wipe counters and act busy. None of the staff are full time, even the “main” teacher. They all just sort of float in and out of the class, so expect a stream of relative strangers “taking care” of your child. When you ask how your child is adjusting or doing you will not receive anything more than a “good, but I wasn’t there the whole day” from anyone. No one is actually in charge here, nor has any training. Zero security. Buzzed in each day no problem, no questions. Able to pick up our child from a class with a different teacher in it each day, they don’t know who the parents are. Real safe. Despite what you may be led to believe there is no curriculum. Nothing enriching happening in these classrooms, even the few books they have available for the kids are tattered. The sheer disparity between the program we were sold during our tour and the total mess we witnessed, and unfortunately subjected our child to for a week, is incredibly frustrating. Each day our child cried at drop off, and came running to us balling at pickup. We were willing to attribute it to adjusting to a new center. However, after switching to a new center, after only 1 day, she is happy and wanting to stay. She was trying to tell us, and I’m glad we listened. There’s better options, nearby, for the same price point. Look elsewhere.

I have had an amazing experience with Creme. My boys just transitioned to this school and everyone has been so welcoming and kind. They have made sure to not only care for my boys, but also to keep me informed. I highly recommend this center to anyone.

My child attends summer camps and holiday camps here! We absolutely love Creme! The best part is that the teachers are engaged with the kids and are active with them ! The staff is wonderful!

Our preschooler is loving Creme. She is learning so much and improving on her potty training. She comes home everyday to tell us about her friends, teachers, and what she has learned. We love the amenities for our school-ager like the bowling alley, culinary, and dance rooms. Creme is an amazing school for littles!

Creme has been a breath of fresh air! We were previously at a daycare/preschool for a few years until the administration changed and the school went to shambles. I was frantically interviewing new schools and after going through Creme in Carmel, I immediately filled out the paperwork knowing my kids were going to be cared for and loved! Michelle and Ann were very open, answered all of my questions, and took the time to get to know our family. The kids have been in their care for 2 months and I have been actively advocating for other parents to consider the school for their curriculum, care, and interactive approach in communicating with parents. In regard to the curriculum, at the previous school my oldest son was working on spelling, but would get so frustrated when we would work on this at home. After two months at Creme, he is actively reading every letter/word he sees! I couldn't be happier to see my son enjoy spelling!
