My son attended this daycare from the time he was a newborn in 2022 until he was 4 years old. When we first enrolled, it was a wonderful place with caring teachers and a great director. Unfortunately, over the years, I watched the quality decline significantly as leadership and staff changed. It was a difficult decision, but I eventually transferred my son to another daycare to see if things could be better two weeks ago and the difference has been amazing. From the staff, to teachers, to the facility, the activities and field trips they do and even the menu and what they feed the children is nutritious and top tier! My son is genuinely happy to go to school now, and he finally has a teacher who is patient, caring, and truly enjoys working with children. At this daycare, I experienced a lack of communication and friendliness. Many times when walking in, staff would not greet parents or even speak. Many times no one is even sitting at the front! I’ve expressed my concerns multiple times with the director Melissa about my son’s teacher and how I felt she treated him and always complained. Ms Melissa lacks conflict resolution and tries to avoid issues and dismisses them a lot leaving you feeling unheard and not acknowledged. There seemed to be constant staff turnover and in my opinion, many employees did not have the patience or passion needed to work with young children, they are just there for a paycheck. They always had attitudes and it wasn’t welcoming. I also noticed favoritism among some children, rude interactions from certain teachers, and extra charges for items that I felt should have been included in tuition like summer fees and stretch and grow!. At my sons new daycare things I had to pay extra for a children’s courtyard are now included and tuition doesn’t change just because summer is here. Every family's experience may be different, but based on mine after four years, I would encourage parents to carefully research and visit other daycare options before enrolling.Ask your child questions when you pick them up study there mood and listen when they tell you about there day! My child was ignored on many occasions if another child did something or if he was hurt yet if he did something wrong there was no hesitation to let me know but if my child was hurt or something happened I was never notified I had to find out by picking him up and him telling me! My child is much happier where he is now, and I wish I had made the change sooner. He gets great reports when I pick him up the staff makes you feel welcomed and it’s overall been amazing change for us.

We are so happy about our decision to enroll our son in this daycare. It feels like family and Ms. Josie is loving and concerned for my child. I appreciate the attention to the little things. The staff have been amazing. I would recommend this center!

Thank you, The Children’s Courtyard! Ms. Josie has been very helpful with my son’s potty training, and he is making great progress. Mrs. Melissa communicates very well and always keeps us informed. I had a positive experience from the very first day I walked into the facility. Thank you all for your great work and dedication!

One of the best daycare centers I have experienced! My granddaughter started in the infant class at 2 months old, and her teachers are very caring and attentive, and I also love the app that shares updates with us throughout the day. It made my daughters transition back to work so much easier with the peace of mind that our little one was in safe and loving hands. The center is also always clean, and the director is very kind and professional. As a mom of 5 and also a grandchild, I have had my share of daycares over the years, this was by far one of the best! Definitely recommend!

The Children’s Courtyard has been a fantastic experience for my granddaughter who started attending when she was about 7 weeks old and is now 16 months. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in the kids’ growth. My child is always excited to come in each morning, which says a lot. The classrooms are clean and organized, and the teachers keep a great balance between learning and play. I appreciate the consistent communication—daily updates, photos, and quick responses whenever I have a question. It gives me real peace of mind. Most importantly, I can see how much my granddaughter has grown since starting here. The team creates a safe, encouraging environment where kids feel confident and cared for. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a trustworthy, positive place for their child!
