Being a first time mother I was so worried putting my daughter in someone else's hand. My first stop was The Children's Courtyard of Hopemills(bc it had great ratings). They gave me a very thorough tour around and I was loving it only factor was it was a bit further from our home and work. I said let me check other daycares closer to our home, I checked 3 different ones and wasn't satisfied with what this facility was offering so I went back to them(& hurrying too bc they had 1 more spot open). First of, the way they are so professional and polite when entering the building and speaking with you. They knew my daughter's name same week when greeting. First month was rough on me bc she would cry a lot when dropping her and I was worried with how annoyed the staff would be but they were so patient with her and always assuring me that she will get use to it and encourage to keep bringing her, it gave me a sense of relief that they are willing to work with her even when she was being difficult. The price I pay is worth every dime because it gave me a lot of comfort from the anxiety I was creating on myself as a first time mother. They have double code access to enter facility, cameras ALWAYS working, prepared meals, diapers and wipes provided(with potty training added) and a lesson plan they put for the week for my 2 year old! There is a app they provide when signing with them and you can access the camera,payments and even chat with the staff when needed. The app also provides updates what your child had for bf/lunch and let you know if they ate it all or not. They send you pics/videos of your child on a daily which I enjoy when at work. They always have something fun planned for their classes and I love an active facility. The only thing I hesitated bringing her there was the distance we would be driving but it's worth the drive bringing her there knowing both my husband and I can be at work and not worrying if shes in a better care because she definitely is.

I love this facility! I leave to work knowing my son is safe, cared and loved for. They not only teach these babies but they treat them as their own. My son loves all the staff. Every staff is super friendly and you can tell these kids matter to them! Highly recommend this location!

“I had fun mommy I had fun”, words of my beautiful daughter Nylah. That has been the routine for weeks now and wooo I finally stop holding my breath. It’s natural to feel like no one can take care of my baby like I can but when I returned to work I need to find my village, Children’s Courtyard has been that. She’s provided everything she’s needs from food, to learning, to nurturing teachers and staff. Me and my husband were also sold on the security, each provided with the our own entry code, as well as access to the camera system to be able to check in on our girl.

I just want to say how phenomenal, this place is. From the very beginning when registering with Ms Vicki to doing the virtual tour with the young lady with the blonde locks (I forget her name) and the director who checks in with you after your child has been going for the first week! I am thoroughly impressed with the way this center engages with me as a parent, allows me access to see updates to what my baby is doing throughout the day. They show the daily curriculum, all meals, live camera access to the class room, and introduced my son to toddler sports! My baby loves his teachers and when I go pick him up he doesn’t want to leave LOL We have experienced some daycares and they can’t hold a candle to this one! Thank you all so much for caring for my child and teaching him fun ways to learn. We both absolutely love you guys!

Our 3 year old daughter has been attending Children's Courtyard since September and we couldn't be more pleased with the care we've received. We have had our daughter in other centers since she was one and we are very impressed with the level of care here. The staff is always incredibly friendly and it brings me peace of mind knowing her teachers are very experienced. We love all the updates through the day and pictures of her activities and access to a live feed camera of her classroom. She has grown a lot since starting care in September and she is always very excited to talk to us about what she is learning in the preschool room every week. She is always extremely happy to be going to “school” during the week. I highly recommend this center to anyone looking for care in the hope mills area.
