The Center for Courageous Kids is a nonprofit overnight camp in Scottsville that serves children ages 7 to 16 with serious illnesses and chronic medical conditions, entirely free of charge. Each of its nine summer weeks is dedicated to a specific diagnosis, with 24-hour on-site medical care and a full medical center. Illness-specific family retreat weekends for ages 5 to 17 run in spring and fall.

Actual cabins with good AC, and provides sheets. The kicker is I met amazing people this past week (6/24-6/28). I would diffidently be going back to CCK next year. Oh and, I also participated in the talent show.
