Powered by GoogleThe process for membership, approval, and starting services was effortless. My little cousin was so happy coming home from his first day of after school services.
Great organization! All of my personal interactions with the leadership and staff at the Gregg County Club have been positive. They have a heart for the kids and the community.
Been involved with the Club for years. Great place for your kids to spend after school and summer hours!
Prepare to read a story...HATED this place. I came to the place summers of 2016 and 2017 and I was in the teen group. Mr. K or whatever he was called was disrespectful to me and never let me go on trips with the rest of the teens for some reason. Oh yeah he only chooses his favorites to go. Me and some friends I made got sent to the stupid blue bench, by Bubba (he didn't like us either)for something we didn't do. Also the year before that when mr. Keith worked there he sent me to the bench because we were playing a game and I said the answer out loud without raising my hand. I'm sorry you got up on the wrong side of the bed that morning. But the 2016 year was better. We actually did stuff. Making us run suicides were pointless too. My friend almost had an asthma attack. Not a good way to handle the situation because we weren't behaving well. Forcing us to go outside in the hot texas sun is not great either. If ur antisocial, I advise you to get ur acts together because they clearly only like the people that are ratchet and with loud mouths.
Ms. Joyce, the Director is AWESOME!! She is compassionate, yet firm. Her love for the children and her passion for her job is what is needed. She has zero tolerance for bullying and will deal with any situation that arises with complete professionalism and compassion. Gregg County, you did good in hiring this woman!! She is what the Boys And Girls Club needed. Kudos! With her guidance our babies will soar!! Kudos!!
