Honestly, this is an amazing part of our community. Battling food insecurity and creating space for community are two of the goals for this organization, and they are doing an amazing job at both. They have, among other offerings: summer day camp Monthly congregate or take home dinners Holiday congregate and take home meals Lianne is the director and she is amazing. We just participated with their monthly meal (take home option) for Cinco De Mayo and it was fresh, healthy and DELICIOUS. I wish I'd taken pics of it,but will next time we participate. We emailed a week or so ahead of time and let them know how many meals you need and then show up around 5:30 for pick up on the appropriate day. Meals are veggie heavy, healthy, delicious, local and prepared with obvious care. There is a sliding scale (The lowest end of the scale is. $0-$3 per meal) for price and is designed to accommodate EVERY member of the community. We look forward to patronizing this amazing org again on congregate meal days, but also in any other way possible, including volunteering If ANY of this interests you & you are local, PLEASE visit their website and check them out !

What a wonderful community! This is truly a place where children thrive, enjoy Nature, learn and grow. Our son was so excited day after day to learn about wood working, gardening, campfire cooking, fishing, the list goes on and on. Everyone is friendly and caring. Every detail is covered. The counselors are kind and involved. Lianne is the best. We are thrilled to be a part of this terrific place!
