Moved from Hawaii where my granddaughter attended classes at a trampoline and tumbling business. Because this place is serious about training gymnasts to compete, I was concerned the casual methods of the last place would leave her overwhelmed in this environment. Instead, the staff is knowledgeable and professional, yet very welcoming to all skill levels. Give guardians information about skills gained and providing steps to improve. I was very skeptical and now I would recommend this business to everyone.

Without a doubt, this is the best gymnastics facility in El Paso. We were grateful for the coaching and mentorship our kids received here. Both of our children grew significantly in their skills, and our Level 4 daughter placed second on bars at State this year. These coaches know their gymnasts and make the most of every minute to help them improve. We will truly miss this gym and its coaches. They became family and treated us that way from day one. The program is most affordable in El Paso and military-friendly. Do your children a favor and sign them up.

The facility and equipment at American Dream Gymnastics, Athletics, and Fitness are great, and the kids truly enjoy their time there. Unfortunately, the customer service and communication are very disappointing. It’s nearly impossible to reach anyone by phone, and text responses often take all day. There have also been times when practices were canceled or changed with little to no notice, leaving parents frustrated. To make matters worse, coordinating or rescheduling missed practices is a nightmare, the process feels disorganized and lacks clear communication. This place has a lot of potential, but the management really needs to improve organization, communication, and responsiveness to match the quality of the facility.

I had scheduled a free trial for both of my daughters I had talked to someone on the phone to make the appointment. I received a confirmation text about our appointment that same day and My daughters where very excited I drove 20 minutes to this place when I arrived the lady in the front desk didn’t even acknowledge me or my daughters I told her we where here for the free trial class she said she couldn’t find us and then she said that it had been canceled I told her I received a text confirming that appointment and she said it was just an automated message . That is beyond unprofessional and reading the reviews this is not the first time they do this. She did not even offer to reschedule or anything I left very disappointed and with my children crying! I will never step foot again here and I will go elsewhere! Btw her name is Claudia . So unprofessional and rude
