We’ve been so impressed with the rebranding and new ownership of this sports complex! The difference in the atmosphere has been incredible. The staff is so much more welcoming, friendly, and genuinely invested in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the doors. The upgrades have made such a huge impact too, especially the new air conditioning and fans throughout the building. It makes practices, games, and tournaments so much more enjoyable for both players and families. Most importantly, we truly appreciate the effort being poured into making this a great place for youth in our community. Providing kids with a safe, positive environment to play, practice, compete, and build friendships means more than you know. Thank you for investing in our athletes and families and for creating a place people genuinely enjoy being. Keep up the great work!

You’d have a better experience going through TSA. These people should not be running events. The staff here are some of the rudest people I’ve encountered throughout my volleyball career. I’m a coach and my wristband fell off, I forgot to bring it back with me in the morning but I knew my name was on a list, so I politely and apologetically explained to the woman standing by the door. Before I could even get a “hi” out, the entire event team was yelling at me to finish my drink and throw it away. Sure okay, did that, went to explain myself again and was met with attitude from everyone again. One woman rolled her eyes and pointed in the direction of the woman I assume is charge the way she was policing people. I explained to her again that i didn’t have my wristband and she snapped ant me and said “after i already told you not to loose it?!” She then pointed to a sign that said no new wristbands and i explained again that i was a coach and that i had signed in yesterday. She didn’t care, she was talking and complaining about me to the other employees around us, like 3 feet away from me. I finally asked if she was just not going to let me in and she gave in a handed me another wristband like I had just ruined her day. I saw the same women later in the bathroom with a mop bumping in to people and pushing past them without ever saying excuse me. Other than that, the food is undercooked and overpriced (actually don’t know how anyone can mess up a hotdog so horribly) ticket prices weren’t set ahead of time, they made a player throw out her protein bar and another couldn’t bring ice in (like what), the place is filthy, but mostly the staff here just runs this place like a juvenile detention center and they will get angry at you if they have to do their jobs.

No acoustics, those with hearing aids need to avoid, as the sounds can cause serious pain. Some staff members are rude while others are extremely courteous & welcoming. No outlets even in the concessions area so make sure your phones, ear buds & other electrical devices are fully charged as most teams are scheduled for the majority of the day.

We had a very positive experience at the Bucket Club at the Alumni Center. The gym was well-maintained and provided a great atmosphere for the kids to learn. I was particularly impressed by the caliber of the coaching. They were highly effective at engaging the kids and making efficient and fun use of the time. The kids were dialed in and had a blast. My two sons really enjoyed the session, and we plan on making this a regular part of our routine and their skill development.

We've been to many facilities in the 4 years my daughter has played volleyball and this is one of the worst. $15 per person admission. Won't run the AC, no hot water in the restrooms to wash hands. Thermostats reading 78-80° and cooling turned off. The food sucks and no outside food or drinks allowed, trying to force you to buy their crap. Players on the verge of heat exhaustion. Fortunately no one dropped today, but it has happened!!! I can understand if its 85 outside with 300-500 people in the building, but its 60° outside. Open doors and run fans at least if you're to CHEAP to run the AC.
