What an amazing place!! I travel all over the country and look for places to go when I do. Rarely do I find schools as good as this one. It was a great family atmosphere and really chill vibe, and meticulously clean as well. The instructors were extremely welcoming and knowledgeable and training partners were respectful and genuinely nice! Chris Hargett, the head instructor and owner taught an amazing class. For those looking for a great un intimidating place to learn jiu jitsu I highly recommend Sic Blades La Quinta! And if you’re looking for tough rolls, don’t worry, you’ll find that here too!!

I wanted to share our wonderful experience at Six Blades Jiu Jitsu. Our family has been training there for over a year, and it’s been a fantastic journey for all of us. The kids’ classes are absolutely top-notch, led by Coach Jake along with Coach Donovan, Coach Kendall, and Coach Hector. They do an incredible job creating a fun, structured, and engaging environment for the kids. For the adults, I’ve had the privilege of training under Sensei Noah and Sensei Chris. Their instruction is exceptional, and they bring a wealth of knowledge, patience, and motivation to every class. I have loved training at Ribeiro now Six Blades Jiu Jitsu La Quinta for the past 5 years! They continue to be extremely welcoming and make everyone feel like they are part of more then just another jiu jitsu school or team, but part of a jiu jitsu family. The instruction here is not only top notch high level jiu jitsu, but the instructors and coaches here truely care about helping their students not only learn and progress in their jiu jitsu journey but push them and guide them to reach their personal goals. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I had an amazing experience at Six Blades LaQuinta. Very nice structure with 3 mats (1 wrestling) and also a functional/cross gym, everything is very well maintained and SUPER clean. The coaches really know what they are doing, especially Sensei Chris Hargett. Being a blackbelt I felt very welcome even for a couple days visit. JiuJitsu is a big family and this guy really knows about it. If I’m in the area again for sure I’ll be coming back. OSS

I started Juijitsu in 2019 at Sixblades La Quinta.. I found this place as a place where you can be comfortable in uncomfortable situation. Kids friendly, everyone is friendly except me😛. Whole family could join this sport. My daughter and I love this place. I highly recommend this sport for all kids, adults and parents. I attached the photo of my self when I was a white belt and one with my professor Steve hargett. Last pic is with my daughter (she’s wearing white shirt just to clarify coz we kinda have the same height🤣).
