I was in constant communication beforehand letting them know we would be there early to set up. When we got there the staff were very rude and passive aggressive. Requesting an extra $200 to set up 30 minutes prior to party time. They ended up canceling our booking and refunded us 30 minutes before our party was supposed to start. The lack of communication and professionalism was very disappointing . We will not be coming back.
