Thirty years ago when I was a young teenager I attended Teen Quest's Super Charge summer camp, and it changed my life. I grew up in a Christian home and knew Christ, and while I believed in God and always wanted to know more about Him, I didn't take my walk with Jesus very seriously beyond that in practice. Super Charge was a lot of fun, but what changed my life was getting more involved with Teen Quest over the years as a volunteer, as a cabin leader, as part of their traveling ministry team Vizion, and eventually joining the organization's full time staff after college. For about 10 years I was involved with Teen Quest during a pivotal point in my life, and God used the organization's staff and volunteers to disciple me, teach me to study God's Word, and to share the Gospel with others. I also learned other valuable life lessons that I still use today as a parent and as a professional. This past summer I was back in Pennsylvania with my kids and I had the chance to bring my three kids to the Teen Quest Ranch and join a mission team for a service project in Johnstown one day, and enjoy some fun at the Ranch doing activities the next day. Not only was it a huge blessing to me to get to spend some quality time with my kids with a group of people that have made a life long impact on me, our time at Teen Quest also made a huge impact on my kids. They really enjoyed and valued the opportunity to serve others with the mission team in Johnstown, and they now regularly are praying for the community in Johnstown that they served. They also often say how much they want to come back. The activities were a blast too. We rode horses, played paintball, my kids learned to play pool, and we did a lot of fun activities in the X-Barn. But the best part is that at the Ranch you will hear the Gospel – the good news of God's love and forgiveness of sins through the death and resurrection of His son, Jesus. I'm so thankful for the ministry of Teen Quest and their focus on sharing the good news. We are all looking forward to our next visit back to the Teen Quest Ranch!

They have some great camps. They're really fun and entertaining. Though, they're really loud, you have to wake up really early, and a bunch of kids can be pretty rude. Besides that I would definitely recommend registering for a camp or at least donating to them. Not only are they fun, but they also have good messages.

I did not have a personal experience, but my granddaughter, Kierstianna Ballard did for years. And as she told me each year at camp was so amazing. Learning about our Lord and all the fun experiences she had, and the friends she made. She loved it so much she became a camp counselor for the last few years. And this year she is using the venue for her wedding because of the beauty of the place and the amazing people that run it. GOD Bless u all abundantly..
