Kale

Zero communication on payment or feedback. If you call the “business phone number” you will be ignored. I reached out 3 times via email, text massage and calling the business number trying to figure out when I would be charged, then I get a random text message from the owner telling me I had been charged the full amount of $215 which over drafted my account and caused other planned transactions to decline. Which also cost me money. When I signed up for the program for my son I was told I would be charged on the following Tuesday after the free session. When that didn’t happen I reached out se find out when I would be charged. To just be met with a text a week later saying I’ve been charged the full amount on a random Monday. This guy Jeremy has no idea what he is doing, he is unprofessional and will ignore reasonable questions or concerns from the parents of children attending the program. He is phoning it in and scooping up money from the students and parents of CCSD. I plan on taking Jeremy to small claims court for the overdraft fees, and declined transfer fees due to his company’s negligence.
