TEAMeffort (operating since 1993) is a faith-based Christian organization that runs summer mission trips for middle- and high-school church youth groups, handling logistics, tools, housing and most meals. Teens serve on projects such as home repair and renovation, building ministry facilities, running children's programs, working at homeless shelters and disaster response, with nightly worship and discipleship. Trips are booked by youth groups rather than by individual open enrollment, at locations across the U.S. and beyond.

★Sarah MillerMy son stayed here for Spring Break this year, with his school for a mission trip. It was a disaster. Filthy, food was inedible, the camp counselors didn't interact with the students- and when they did, briefly at the beginning, they referred to the group of seniors as middle schoolers. One group of the kids were supposed to build two decks and do some landscaping, but every time they started, someone else would come by and give them different plans. Then the first person would countermand that direction. Few supplies- 1 drill and 1 circular saw at the site- to build two decks? They were completely unprepared for this group of kids. What a waste of time and money.

Each young leader has poured personally into my students, for which I am very grateful. I have been blessed to see their love for the Lord, as well as their desire to impact the students for Christ.
