I am highly frustrated with the lack of staffing and coordination at this facility. I have been trying to pick up my fitness center key fob for multiple days, but it has been impossible due to completely empty desks during posted hours. I have tried coming in during both the morning and evening shifts. Every time I arrive, the fitness center desk is completely unattended. To make matters worse, during these times, the hockey skate sessions are active, yet the hockey desk is also completely empty. When I managed to reach someone on the hockey side by phone to ask for assistance, the staff was incredibly unhelpful. They flat out refused to hold the key fob for me or assist in handing it over, despite the fitness desk being repeatedly abandoned. If a facility expects members to use a key fob for access, they need to actually staff the desks or provide a reliable, cross-departmental way to distribute them. The lack of presence and refusal to cooperate across the fitness and hockey sides is completely unacceptable for paying members. I hope management addresses this staffing gap immediately.

Machines are clean and very well kept, uses the space rather well although it could use some expansion, going early morning is ideal for this place. Very nice atmosphere, although the lockers can be a little dirty.

Not really a family fitness center unless your kids are adults. Kids don't have anything to do here except play basketball and that's only when the court is available which is never. The exercise machines are decent but they are all crammed into a small space. If your not interested in bringing your family this might be a suitable place for some.

Has great potential... Pros: There is a nice atmosphere here from the members, the equipment is almost always in great condition, its brightly lit, there are windows for plenty of natural light, and a decent variety of equipment, plus a basketball court and hockey rink. Cons: The lockers for the gym area are unreasonably small, absolutely filthy, disgusting, and rusting away. There are false fire alarms on a regular basis, forcing everyone to evacuate and wait for F.D. to show up and clear the alarm. (Regardless of the weather) The machines are bunched up together which becomes annoying during the busy hours. They also close very early for a gym.
