★★★★★Kary GreerI wanted to wait until my daughter had went here for a solid year before giving a review. Like any company they took a bit to figure out staffing in a area they did not originate from. Their director Ms. Mary is amazing and I truly feel like they are under excellent leadership. Without a company like Sunshine House that provides safe childcare year around for working parents I am not sure what our family would do. It is amazing to go be fulfilled at work during the day and know your child is fulfilled and learning so much at school. I can truly tell the difference in my child versus my friends children that go to other schools in the area. Go tour and allow your child the ability to grow and thrive at Sunshine House in Lenoir!
★DanielOur child was expelled from Sunshine House in Lenoir largely due to a billing issue and a policy that was never clearly explained nor communicated. The regional director was of no assistance, despite us having documented texts that the policy was never communicated and that the billing issue was on their end.
★★★★★Shana GobleI accidentally left a 3 stars. I am interested in bringing my daughter here for pre k. I guess when i was looking into Sunshine Academy I somehow did this. I haven't reached out to speak with anyone yet. So I really can't say anything about Sunshine Academy at this point. I am changing it to a 5 star because I recieved a reply asking what went wrong and how they could make it right. To me, that matters. It shows that if a mistake is made on their end, they want the opportunity to fix it.
★★★★★Tiffany BowmanWe absolutely LOVE Sunshine House! Both of our kids attend although in different capacities. Our youngest attends year round in the preschool program and our rising first grader attends the Summer program (which includes so much learning and field trips). Our boys are constantly learning, playing, Stemming, engaged, being creative and all while being loved on by the wonderful staff! Every single teacher knows the kids and is incredibly attentive to their needs. The communication is next level which is ideal for any parent leaving their children in the care of others. The photos and updates throughout the day put my mind and stress levels at ease. Did I mention the phenomenal nutrition program?! Two rounded healthy meals and a healthy snack every single day Provided in house! My kids are actually eating and enjoying fruits and veggies now! They’re happy each and every day and they sleep hard at night! The security is incredible and the due diligence of the staff is out of this world! Thank you Sunshine House Team! We’re so glad to be a part of the SSH family!
