The management company is totally ignoring the serious issues going on at Sunshine Baseball League. They should be replaced with a competent company worthy of managing this beautiful gem of a park. There is a large group of people that take over the area, loud, rude, disrespectful & disruptive while games are in progress - none of which are participating or paying fees. Bathrooms are filthy if even open - most times they’re locked due to destructive behavior. The Porta Potty was over flowing to the top & no one would dare use it. It was never emptied during the season. Sadly, this park will be a vacant, trashed lot if no one cares enough to resolve the current situation. Not to mention a big loss of revenue for the league. It’s a shame not to preserve this for all kids to enjoy the love of playing baseball!

The ballpark and playground are great. Nicely maintained. However the whole park gets overtaken every evening by a large group of dozens of children and adults. They take over the playground, the grass fields and the tables. Even if there is a league game in progress they try to jump on the fields . The younger children have been known to approach parents of the league's team's players and beg for food (team snacks) or money (I've cream truck). The kids throw rocks, yell curse words and damage property; they leave trash all over the park. There's been reports from various teams of theft. The owners/organization who oversee the park and the league are well aware of the dangerous and disruptive behavior of these families and refuse to hold them accountable by calling authorities or trespassing them. The ballfield is great. The opportunity for league play is great. But it's getting to the point that it's not safe and we don't feel comfortable bringing our families to the games for the league that we paid for anymore.

Two artificial turfs that are used for different baseball age groups, there is a field off site near the light to enter, and one grass field used for practice. They have a playground onsite but it is small so it can get crowded by kids. The only negative thing is there is no cover area to escape the sun except near a few small trees. Concessions is only open if someone volunteers to do it. Suggest bringing your own snacks and ice cold drinks.
