The staff there were quite rude. After we attended a trial class, I told them we would go home and think about it. However, they still collected my payment information. We never enrolled or attended any classes afterward, yet I later received a bill. At first, I thought it might be a misunderstanding, so I contacted them. Unfortunately, their response was very unprofessional and aggressive, and they insisted on charging me without any reasonable explanation. It took a long time to resolve the issue, and in the end, I had to contact my bank to prevent the charge from going through.

My daughter goes to stumfs. Last week her bag was gone thru in the locker room while she was in class. Called from the car and had to leave a voicemail. To make a long story short I have to leave 4 voicemails. Still no callback. Finally called and got a worker on the phone who didn't believe I left that many messages. Told her what happened and asked for a manager or owner to call me back. That was 3 days ago. This place only cares about running your card. My daughter wad so upset. And not even a phone call from them. I would think a company would care about theft. I guess not.

This is a wonderful place for kids of all ages! The staff is encouraging, caring and motivating! They take time to teach each skill set step by step to ensure the safety first and foremost of our kiddos! It’s a natural progression to ensure everyone is not only successful but teaches the kids that hard work pays off! They promote teamwork and have created a “ family “ for our kids. They also promote independence for our kids! The facility has sufficient equipment that the kids can use and grow on as they advance through each skill set. Communication is open and honest between staff and parents and the price is reasonable! The best part of this place is that all are welcome, whether an advanced skilled athlete, brand new beginner , or perhaps a child with a special need, all are treated fairly and kindly! This establishment is family owned, family operated, and has become part of my family. I Google searched 2 years ago "highest rated gymnastics facilities around me" and this was top of this list. I currently have 4 kids enrolled. Ages ranging from 2 years old to 11 years old. They've expanded their parking lot and their waiting room; Which had to be done to accommodate their ever increasing demand. Which as a business owner myself (AudioMotive Creations) I know it's hard to please all the people all of the time. But my 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ Google review shows it's possible to please 99% of the people 100% of the time. Stumpfs gymnastics pleases 100%. My children love their coaches. If you're in the market for a facility look no further. This place is highly recommended. 100% satisfaction guaranteed.
