Seven one-week sessions fill the summer, with swimming in indoor and outdoor pools, an indoor rock wall, basketball and indoor soccer courts, racquetball, ping-pong, intramural fields and the Glenn Sebastian Nature Trail. An all-you-can-eat lunch buffet is included in the camp price, registration is in advance through the Campus Recreation portal, and drop-ins are not accepted.

This place is ridiculous. Got kicked out for being “underage” when I wasn’t even getting in the pool just trying to tan. Maybe tell people BEFORE letting them in and BEFORE I put on sunscreen? Now I’m just sticky for no reason. I came with my sister, she’s my only ride. Why would you expect me to leave when I can’t even drive? Your team seriously needs to get it together. The front desk let us in like everything was fine, then suddenly it’s not? That’s basic communication and somehow no one here can manage it. And the pool is gross anyways there’s always bugs in it. Worry less about kicking people out and more about training your staff and cleaning your facility. Not coming back.

I do like the gym. I wish there was dumbells and small weights near the mats

Great gym. Would be better if they were actually open during the posted hour. Who closes a gym because a football game is going on? Grow up. I see where my tuition money is going, not to the students but to vanity programs. Currently in the process of taking USA to court over misappropriation of funds and denial of basic services.

The recreation center is a very good place to exercise and enjoy physical activities. There are many options that are likely to suit most people.

Has everything you need for a good workout including sauna. High tech exercise equipment is great. If your not a student, but friends or relatives with one. Then, it will cost $10 each time you come with them.
