Google Reviews
Powered by GoogleMy children have been attending Storybook Schoolhouse since March of 2023. The school itself has come a very long way in just the short time that we have been there. The staff truly care about the children. During the summer they have a fun activities or “summer camp” for the children as they are there all day. They provide well thought out breakfast lunches and snacks.

This used to be an amazing day care. When it had previous owners. My son went for 8 years and my older son went there for about 6 years the last year my son was the the person In charge elizabeth tried to kick my son out when all the years prior there was not problem and then finally kicked him out. Teache,,rs are not teacher the teachers yell and have called the kids jerks and I personally think they are no longer a good place for children especially ones that cannot talk and express themselves. Gary is in the infant room and has been there for many years and he is amazing and he is all around great with kids. But he is only with the infants. They went a whole summer with no AC. I do not recommend any child to go there. Amd if anyone complains elizabeth will try to get them kicked out.
I would give StoryBook Schoolhouse negative stars if I could. I don’t usually write reviews but wanted to save people from putting their children at risk. They lost two 2 year olds who escaped and wandered into the street. On top of that they charge you on top of what Valley Oak pays without telling what you are being charged for. They will not inform you when kids have lice or contagious illnesses so you can be vigilant to ensure you child does not have it. When a child had lice they kept the blankets we send with the preschoolers for nap time and didn’t explain why til parents asked why. I could go on and on but please just save yourself a headache and your child from the trauma of this horrible daycare.
As a parent I couldn't have been happier with our time at Storybook Schoolhouse. The staff was incredibly caring and attentive and created a warm and nurturing environment for our little one. It was easy to see they care about the kids safety and learning. Our kiddo came home smiling every day, and we appreciated the open communication channels with the staff. Five stars!!!
