Such a fun experience! Our surf class was amazing and Grayson was such a great instructor. He was patient, encouraging, and made learning so much fun, even for beginners. They also gave us surf shirts and took photos during the lesson, which made the whole experience even more memorable. Definitely one of the highlights of our trip — highly recommend!

I had an awesome experience with Stoke Drift! My instructor, Kierren, was thorough, knowledgeable, encouraging, and strong!!! As a first-timer, I’m grateful he was able to help tow me around a bit. I couldn’t believe it when I stood on the board on my first wave! They mean it when they say guaranteed surfing. The high of riding a wave is awesome. I didn’t know they’d be taking pictures as well. Such an awesome bonus (at a cost, but so worth it). Book with them - you won’t be disappointed!

Justice was an awesome surf instructor! He was super patient, really knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable right away. I had never surfed before but he explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and he had me up riding waves in no time! 🏄🏻‍♀️🌊 he kept the lesson fun the whole time and made sure I felt confident before going out on my own. This was one of my favorite parts of the trip, and I'm so glad we did it. if you're thinking about taking surfing lessons, I definetly recommend Justice- he's the best! 🌴🌞🏄🏻‍♀️ Also don't forget to buy your surfing pictures. The girl that took them was super talented and very nice! I might have even crashed into her , while she was capturing the moment! 🏄🏻‍♀️📸

There is a reason this place has ONLY FIVE STAR reviews! This was one of our favorite experiences during our visit to Hawaii! I have recommended it to all my friends or anyone who even mentions they are going to Honolulu! Worth every penny! My husband and I had never surfed, and we were visiting Honolulu with our son and daughter-in-law, and they thought it would be fun for us to try it. They had both surfed but they opted to take lessons with us. Our instructors were Cole and Keith and they were absolutely incredible! I’m sure all the instructors are great, but I can’t imagine anyone better than those guys!! Having never surfed, I really didn’t have a comparison point. But my son and daughter-in-law explained how the quality of the instructor really does make a difference. Cole and Keith took the time on land to explain things that really set us up for the time in the water and the way they positioned and us and assisted us in the water gave us quick success! My husband got up on his first wave! I wanted to let him feel good so It took me 2 attempts, lol! I couldn’t believe how we were able to consistently catch waves and ride them in. I was not expecting that at all! One take away, definitely use the shirt they offer you. It’s a long sleeve surf shirt and definitely protects your arms. My husband was wearing a short sleeve shirt and thought he would be fine, but he definitely got some rubs. Lauren was the photographer working during our lesson. She took hundreds of amazing pictures and of course we had to buy them! Such a fun memory and one I will treasure forever! Thank you, Cole and Keith for making our experience so awesome and for making us believe we’re actually surfers! We can’t wait to come back!

Stoke Drift surf lessons was the highlight of our family vacation! We all had hands down the best time! Our two boys 9&12 had the best time surfing for their first time! They can’t wait to do it again next time we visit. We couldn’t stop talking about our awesome surf instructors Chaz, Cody, Keith, and Lauren! They took such good care of us and made sure we were safe and having fun! If you’re thinking about booking a surf lesson do it! You will not be disappointed with stoke drift!
