Stepping stones is a wonderful daycare/preschool center. The teachers are wonderful, kind, and caring. My son had a wonderful experience while he was in the PreK counts program, and his teachers were wonderful. Stepping stones has a great curriculum for preschoolers, toddlers, and even school age children. My son learned a lot of new skills while he was in the pre-K program, and I will always be thankful for his teachers and everything that they taught him. When he first started PreK, he was really shy, and attending preschool really helped him overcome being shy. Enrolling my son in preschool at stepping stones was one of the best decisions that I ever made for him. He made friends, he learned to write his name, he learned a lot of fine motor skills during his time in the program.I will forever be thankful for the teachers that he had, because they helped him become more confident, and they helped him overcome his shyness. His teachers were so wonderful. They helped him learn to be a little more independent than he was when he first started the program.The communication was great as well. His teachers always would reach out to me to let me know how his day was, and they would also reach out to me to check on him if there were days that he wasn’t at school. His teachers were helpful when I needed advice about things that I could work on with him at home so that he would have extra time to practice fine motor skills and such. Stepping stones has a great PreK program. The staff members are all so kind, caring, and welcoming.

We've been attending Stepping Stones for a little over a year now and I couldn't be more grateful for their service they provide. The new management has been great with keeping a line of communication open and allowing me to adjust my schedule based on my work needs. I would highly recommend this location to those in need of a good, AFFORDABLE daycare.

Steppingstones is a great place, the staff is amazing with the kids. My son has been going there for quite some time. He has made alot of friends, enjoys learning, I like the social interaction he is getting daily while he's at preschool! I like how they let me know how he's doing. Very clean environment.

I can't say enough good things about elkland stepping stones. My child has been attending for 3 months and we've had an incredibly positive experience. The staff is caring, attentive, and genuinely invested in the well-being and development of each child. I love how they keep me updated with daily reports and photos, so I always know what my child is up to. The facility is clean, safe, and well-organized, with a variety of age-appropriate activities that foster learning and creativity. From arts and crafts to outdoor play, the balance of educational and fun experiences keeps my child engaged and happy. I also appreciate how they focus on social skills and emotional development. My child has built great friendships and is always excited to go to daycare. The team truly creates a nurturing, supportive environment where children can thrive. Highly recommend elkland stepping stones for any parent looking for a reliable and loving daycare.

This facility used to be great. My twins started in September of 2023 and the staff was great. Since then, there has been a change in staff and many of the new staff members are rude and do not treat the kids as well as the ones prior. There are always issues with billing, they have added many days where the facility is closed during the week when parents need care, the prices keep going up, and there are only a few staff members left that truly treat the children well and love them. I have never had an issue with anyone bullying my children, at least that I'm aware of, but I know other people have. The facility is safe for children and provides the care necessary, but most no longer go above and beyond. My twins' teacher is AMAZING and there are a few others that my girls love and I know are great, but some of the new staff is questionable. I can't say I'd highly recommend this facility, but I would recommend it due to a few of the staff members and for the care they provide where you know your children are accounted for, loved, and safe. I just feel the rest could do better. Considering most of us have our children there 5 days a week for close to 10 hours or more, some staff could do better forming a more caring relationship since they are essentially helping raise the children. Children need to feel loved and cared for. The staff members who do go above and beyond need more recognition for doing their jobs the right way and those staff members are the reason I have not found a different center. There are good and bad qualities of this facility, but nothing bad enough I have felt the need to pull my kids. I just feel they can do better. I hope changes will be made soon and staff will improve their behavior or new staff will be added. Miss Heather, Miss Jenn, Miss Naomi, and Miss Karen are great! They love the children, treat the kids amazingly, always have great attitudes, they are kind and supportive and always there to help with any questions or issues and make it pleasant with a smile on their faces. My children ADORE them and I'd recommend them any day to anyone. The rest, not so much. If those 4 opened their own center I would send my girls there in a heartbeat and I cannot thank them enough for making my girls feel loved and safe while I work. They are the real MVP's!! If everyone there came even close to them, I'd give 5 stars. You won't find better ladies to watch and love your babies than these ladies and I hope they never leave. These ladies are the reason I know my children are safe and loved and the only reason I'd recommend this facility for care.
