The Staunton Braves, a Valley League summer collegiate club, run youth baseball camps at John Moxie Memorial Stadium taught by the Braves' head coach, assistant coaches and players. Two four-day sessions are offered each summer (June 22-25 and July 6-9 in 2026), teaching basic skills with an emphasis on sportsmanship and fair play, and campers for the first session list their primary defensive position at registration. Each camper receives a youth home-game season pass plus a pass for six adult admissions, a t-shirt on the final day and free bottled water; families registering two or more campers get $10 off, and a second session is $20 off. The club is a 501(c)(3) serving Staunton and Augusta County.

Great place to enjoy baseball and have a burger, pizza or snacks and drinks. You can bring your own chair or sit on the bleachers. Free tickets are offered through businesses that support the Staunton Braves or you can pay a nominal fee to attend.

It was a good game tonight what we got to see of it We had to leave in the middle of the fourth due to sleeping Grandchildren. Concessions were reasonably priced and the quality was outstanding! Friendly people all around worth the trip!
