Sprattronics Learning Lab is a science and engineering co-learning space on Haywood Road in Greenville that runs themed half-day summer camps for ages 4-12. Sessions run either 9 a.m.-noon or 1-4 p.m., so a single camp does not cover a full workday; themes include Catastrophic Events (tornadoes, earthquakes, volcanoes, plate tectonics), Mini Medical School, LEGO, drones, and design-and-launch projects such as rockets, mousetrap cars, and propeller planes. Most camp themes cost $175. The lab also sells a membership giving families up to three hours of drop-in access on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
