Sports Zone Academy is a baseball and softball training organization with a 30,000-square-foot turf facility at 4050 Milton Avenue in Camillus, established in 1995. Its posted camps are school-break skills camps for ages 9U-13U running 10:00am-2:00pm - skills and drills in the morning, a 30-minute bring-your-own lunch break, then game play - offered on Black Friday and during Christmas, February and spring breaks, bookable by the day or the full four days. The academy also runs travel teams, indoor leagues and private training, and reports 600-plus college signings.
