Powered by GoogleMy gym for more than a year, I do the whole spa experience including steam room, dry sauna, hot tub, out door pool (when in season) and tanning machine other than the cardio and weight room
As a new member, one of the first things I noticed was how limited the hours are, especially on holidays. It's surprising to pay full price for a membership and then find the gym closing early on days when many people finally have time to work out. For someone just joining, it's frustrating to realize access is reduced right away without any discount or accommodation. Fitness doesn't stop for holidays, and a gym charging these rates should be available when members actually need it most.
As a regular member, it feels like this gym focuses more on staff schedules than on the people actually paying to be here. The hours are extremely limited for the price, and with what memberships cost, being open 24/7 should be the standard. The gym is consistently packed, yet the monthly rate doesn't reflect the overcrowding or reduced access. If you're going to charge this much while bringing in this many members, there needs to be longer hours and more consideration for customers who rely on flexibility.
This gym seems to prioritize staff convenience over the paying members. For what we're charged each month, the hours are awful - a gym at this price point should be open 24/7, or at least much later, especially for people with real work schedules. With how crowded it gets and how many members clearly attend, the monthly cost should be lower, because limited hours plus constant overcrowding doesn't match what we're paying for. Paying customers should be the priority, and right now it doesn't feel that way.
Love every single class there and the amazing instructors. Especially wanted to thank Deb. Kids cardio my boys absolutely love. And it’s free. She designed the cutest, funnest activities and it is a blast for my energetic boys. Thank you and love all you do for the community.
