Powered by GooglePoor sportsmanship coming from the coach of 15B white. His counterproductive leadership is infecting the young boys on his team. Should be ashamed and probably shouldn't be coaching such impressionable athletes.
I played for this club growing up. Always been a place to call home. Sporting Columbia (then Columbia Pride) helped place me in college to play soccer post club and HS seasons. Once I was done playing in college I returned to the club to coach. The knowledgeable staff aided in my own personal success as a coach. After 10 years of coaching with the club I can safely say this is the best place to grow as a player and as a coach in central MO. My son (4 years) now plays in Sporting Columbia’s recreational program and we hope he continues to play competitive soccer.
Unprofessional & condescending leadership. Not what is being said but how it is being said can make all the difference in a reaction.
Sporting Columbia has been such a great addition to our family. I have multiple children enrolled in both their competitive and recreational programs. They offer multiple clinics and camps throughout the year and have great team building opportunities. The staff is super helpful and very responsive.
Club was disappointing. The Director of Soccer is unprofessional, demeaning toward youth and inconsistent with goals/expectations. No accountability from club leadership for unprofessional coaching behavior.
