The South County Family YMCA in St. Louis is part of the Gateway Region YMCA and runs a summer day camp for children ages 5–12. Traditional camp days mix arts and crafts, group games, nature exploration, swimming and field trips, typically running 9:00am–4:00pm, with optional Before & After Camp Care (Fun Club) extending hours from 7:00am to 6:00pm.

★Gerald LonghiblerFather of 5 year old daughter enrolled in gymnastics forgot his ID and they would not allow him in with his wife. While inside, many parents said they walked right by the 2 ladies checking other peoples IDs without being stopped. This is a HUGE security issue and needs to be addressed. I spoke to the 2 ladies about this issue and they both denied it happening.
