★★★★★David ReynoldsI’ve really enjoyed using the Macon-Bibb Recreation Center. The place is always clean, organized, and well taken care of. The staff are friendly, helpful, and always greet you with a smile when you come in. It has a welcoming atmosphere and makes it easy to enjoy working out or spending time there. My only complaint is that I wish they opened a little earlier during the week. It would be nice for those of us trying to get a workout in before work. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say. It’s a great facility with a great staff, and I definitely recommend it.

★★★★★LOU The Savy DivaThis place is so amazing I can't believe that the fitness center is Free to the public it has everything needed to improve and maintain your health treadmills, bikes and elliptical machines, weights both free and machines, yoga balls and Mats plenty of sanitizer wipes to clean machines!!!! the staff is very attentive and will stop whatever they are doing to help you they post an events calendar on their Facebook page which makes it convenient to know whats going on weekly In the summer the open their pool for $1 for everyone which makes for a good economical outing for families we just packed a cooler with ice and drinks made some sandwiches and had lunch at the park while the kids played after getting out of the pool there's a splash pad also $20 total for a family of 10 to enjoy a fun-filled day and create memories that the kids are going to remember best thing is Dollar General is right down the road along with Food Depot and Lil Caesars Pizza I CAN'T BELIEVE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS THIS PLACE IS AWESOME CLEAN AND SAFE ❤️❤️❤️
★★★★★Nina V.Today was my first time visiting the South Bibb Recreation Complex and I was pleasantly surprised! Upon entry, the staff greeted me and answered all of my questions! This place is a safe dwelling for minors as well as people of all ages! I was informed that the gym is free and there is a dollar charge to enter the pool (amazing)! This place is truly a hidden gem and I will definitely be returning!
★★★★AThe facility is really lovely. Admission is $1 per person, cash. There are no chairs, tables, or shade. Bring your own. You are allowed to eat and drink, but you must be five feet from the pool. There are no concession. Every 45 minutes there is a mandatory 15 minute break. The lifeguards are diligent but it is EXTREMELY crowded. At some point, it becomes a safety issue. I wish they would limit the amount of people permitted at a time. The restrooms are VERY clean and tidy. Ample room for dressing and showering. Not dusty and musty.
