★Online UserCoach Zee came highly recommended by a parent of my daughter's teammate so we booked a paid assessment. It went well, our daughter felt this was a good fit, so we purchased a package of training passes and scheduled a session. I received a call from Zee 15 minutes before the scheduled start of that session apologizing that a family emergency had come up. Family comes first, and these things do happen. I was able to schedule a session the next week with him over text. When we arrived for the rescheduled session the door was locked and the facility was empty. I tried calling Zee and went straight through to voicemail. I also texted looking for an explanation. That was 48 hours ago and I've still not heard back, so I'm left balancing the question of what's going on against how long I should wait before attempting to get back the several hundreds of dollars I paid up front. We are very familiar with some of the players he trains so we know he can deliver, but so far our experience with Soccer Player Academy has been astonishingly unprofessional.
