We rescheduled for another day. My son loved the coach and it was great, so we booked 2 more session. I got a text the morning of our 2nd session that both of our 2nd and 3rd session needed to be cancelled because of availability issues. I rearranged my work schedule to plan these coaching sessions that never happened. We have since gone elsewhere. I tried to call to complain, but no one answers the phone.

★John SAfter having lessons cancelled 3 different times within an hour of the lesson, zero response to phone calls, zero response to text messages I have given up. Jarrett may or may not have a good program. But he definitely has zero courtesy to his CUSTOMER. 3 times I have been in the car sitting in traffic when I get the text stating he is cancelling. Horrible! Not only have I rescheduled calls and appointments around these times, my son has missed the opportunity for any training. All I can say is don't expect much.
