The vibes from the owner, instructors, and the upper level students is the best. Planning to go to as many classes as I can while I’m in town! Honestly wish I had found them when I first got here because I travel so much 😭 but for my first classes back after 8 years I had so much fun (and definitely woke up sore so be prepared). Highly recommend for core/upper body workouts that are fun (especially if you hate core/upper body).
