As a current coach in this organization, I’m disappointed by the lack of player development. There are very few practices before games begin, and once the season starts, practices are nearly nonexistent. Without consistent instruction, players are not being taught the fundamentals, baseball IQ, and situational awareness they need to succeed. Many players who have been in the program for years still struggle with basic game situations that should have been taught long ago. This is especially concerning as many of these kids are approaching high school and hope to make their school teams. Another concern is that games are still being officiated with the umpire standing behind the pitcher, similar to what you would see at the AA level. This creates a strike zone that does not accurately reflect what players will experience as they advance and does little to prepare them for higher levels of competition. Unfortunately, the overall lack of development makes the program feel more focused on collecting registration fees than on preparing players for the next level. The organization has great families and hardworking players, but there needs to be a much stronger focus on fundamentals, baseball IQ, quality coaching, and player development.

Poor communication. Corrupt leadership. I was not impressed with any interaction with the people running this organization. From preseason web meetings to calling in to discussing team rearrangement, they are short answered, rude and act like they don't want to be there doing their job. They just want your money. I've heard stories from people since we left and am glad I'm not doing business with them anymore. Either they don't care or are completely incapable. Just steer clear.

This organization has been entirely disappointing. Played for 7yrs. Each year the same. Terrible communication. This year tho, as its our last, has taken the cake. Do NOT recommend. Find somewhere else for your kids to play.

Never have I worked with such a poorly managed organization. The politics behind the decisions being made are inexcusable and undeniable. And the ones who suffer the most are the boys, the ones who just want to play baseball. The only reason I even gave one star here is b/c at least my son was able to play some baseball in the summer. We will not be involved with SEBA any longer.

This organization has the absolute worst communication. I have sent multiple emails, called and left voicemails for call backs, even emailed the President of the Board of Directors and have not heard a peep back from anyone at this organization. They will only notify parents via email a few hrs (if you're lucky) before games on changes in game times, and these changes have no relation to weather. There has been a recent incident where they reversed our teams win, 2 days after the game. I would go more into details on this but would need to write a book. Lets just say it came down to favoritism. This organization owes our boys an apology. I was a sponsor for the last 2 years for my son's team. We will NEVER be giving this organization any more support in anyway. I am not one to leave reviews, so for me to leave this should tell you how poorly this organization is run.
